The owner of the apts is a slum Lord I've recently had a small leak in between my laundry room n bathroom n property manager took a look @ it on a sat.n they said it's condensation n they took forever to also pick up loose limbs n trees that about almost broke my neighbors vehicle n I barely couldn't get out n I had to call emergency hotline n also call code enforcement about my situation in ceiling where I have my water leak 😤😡😠😵 not to be scaring folks off not to live or rent their but land lord is ok but the owner of the apts n his other properties is a scum lord in other then that it's quiet n peaceful neighborhood!

Jim the manager or owner is not helpful, hes rude, wouldnt suggest anyone to use him or arnold properties for any of their real estate needs. He should retire...

I have lived here for over foyr years and I feel right at "home"! I know Mr. Arnold by his first name, Jim. Anytime I have ever needed anything done, it's done in a timely manner and done right! I appreciate that I know just about everyone that works for him just by name!

He was completely rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend booking a tour with him.
