I recently moved in and had a great experience! Jennifer, the manager, is very helpful and professional. Adonay at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming, and Melaku from maintenance is fast and does great work. I’m very happy here and would definitely give them a 5-star rating!

Hot water is consistently unavailable during winter months. Showers are often cold, especially in the mornings and evenings. Management has been informed several times, but the issue has not been properly addressed. Being unable to rely on hot water is unacceptable for a basic living requirement. I would not recommend living here unless this problem is fixed.

Jennifer at the leasing office is the heart of this place—an absolute gem. She’s kind, caring, and genuinely treats you like family. She went above and beyond to make our transition smooth and our stay comfortable. She’s an incredible leader and absolutely deserves recognition, appreciation, and a higher position for all she does. Adonai is another standout. This young man has such a bright future, I swear I need sunglasses just to look his way. He’s nothing like most kids these days—whoever raised him did an amazing job. Melaku and Aschaleew are always on point. They work hard and go the extra mile to keep everything running smoothly. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.

I have been living here since 2018 and i love it here. The maintenance team Melaku & Aschaleew have helped me out so much, they always finish any problem I have in my house and are always on time. The office team Jennifer and Adonay have been amazing to me and my son, they always have a great energy and are very supportive. I wouldn’t give this please any less of a rating, amazing place to be at and great location!!!! I love it here.

My experienced being Arna valley view residence I am always greatful for everything. Let me start from the maintenance person he is name is Melaku he is such polite and curteous and professional person. I want to make sure he recognized by his manager. Melaku always exceeded all my expectation and went above & beyond in professional and friendly manner in any request I put on he make sure they get fix he is always resolve the problem you have addressed to the office. Once he finished and fix he will ask you if you’re satisfied. Carlos is very friendly polite and very helpful person he is always have positive attitude just like Melaku.
