Cindy Teem at Armor Realty is amazing. I have bought two homes with her and sold the same two homes. And I have enthusiastically recommended her to all of my friends and family who bought or sold in Tallahassee. This review focuses on the last sale. My wife and I loved the house, but we needed to sell to relocate for our careers. Cindy helped us navigate a rocky market (due to high interest rates) and a challenging closing (due to the constraints of regulations associated with the buyer's FHA loan). Cindy made the sale seem straightforward, but that's because she worked so hard to anticipate and address potential problems before they arose. By working with Cindy, we are confident we got an excellent and fair price, a quick close, and left the house in great shape for the next owners.

Lee Snowden helped us sell two properties so far. Both transactions have been an enjoyable experience with no issues. Lee has been super helpful, professional and accommodating. We highly, highly recommend him and will continue to work with him as our realtor. Thank you Lee!

Susan Gwynn is absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped me close on my first home today and I could not be more grateful. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable of the process from start to finish. No single detail was missed and she made everything so easy!! Chris Cammarata with Armor Realty did such an incredible job for us from start to finish. It is hard to write a review that adequately captures what a tremendous job he did, but I will try. Chris was the realtor every home buyer wishes they had. He was in constant contact with us throughout the process. We never had any problems during our home-buying process, and I can give Chris a lot of credit for that. Chris had a good suggestion for every service that was required for buying our home. If we didn’t like a quote, Chris had multiple quotes; if we asked Chris a banking question, he was on the phone with our loan officer that day.
