Armature Lake Apartments

I lived here for three years and, despite a few issues, I have mostly positive memories and honestly miss the place. My biggest advice to new residents is to be vocal about your needs; for example, we stayed persistent and eventually got our old AC replaced. While the laundry facilities and pool security still need work, the new management seems to really have it together. I especially appreciated their willingness to work with me on getting my deposit back. I’d recommend moving here—just make sure to speak up for yourself! My dog was attacked a few times and heard others dogs be attacked. They say they're working on it, but i've seen absolutely no change at all. COCKROACH INFESTATION. It's insanely bad. They are everywhere, and you'll probably have to leave some things behind or just throw it away. Major changes are happening here. We are under new management. New maintenance. Everything is being revamped. Pool, clubhouse, fishing lake,dog park and playground are all being redone. Apartments are being up to date with new cabinetry. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are being redone and being updated.

Believe the reviews. The only reason you would like living here is because you love the chaos and/or you’re dirty and ok with it. This economy is hard I get it but seriously just spend the extra money and move literally anywhere else this place is a last resort type of place.
