I am a long standing tenant of this building and need to write this feedback because good deeds need to be acknowledged and heard! I want to thank ARM capital resources management and maintenance team for amazing work through the years (i live here god knows since when) and especially recently with this new hurricane season you are going above and beyond taking care of my needs (speaking for myself here) for keeping building and my apartment so clean and upgraded/fixed, what ever you want to call it. I would need to write a long list of things that you helped me with. Thank you for immediate responses to my one simple reach out and going even further taking charge and simply make my home safe and beautiful and cozy! I think you are amazing team and I am so grateful to live here! Thank you

Living with this management is a nightmare. Building in a bad shape, neighbors are not compiled with rent contract rules, plenty of roaches at the walls, and if You will tell Your complaints to the management, they will tell You "You can leave any time, if you don't like something, and we will rent You apartment to another tenants for higher price", and You will never see a security deposit.

Awful management, front desk lady is mean and rude, they never do work on time, always with attitude like you owe them something.

They do absolute zero unless you call the city HPD inspectors on them. Then they threaten you. After they realize it's not affecting you they make sure not to service your apartment. One of the very few management companies that STILL doesn't offer tenants reporting to credit agencies their rent payment to improve their credit. And getting them to do anything in the apartment is near impossible without the city. And now they are on Yelp. Photos are of the ceiling in one of the apartments they got.

I have lived here for 5 years. You have to bribe the super for him to do anything for you. I had an extremely noisy neighbors up stairs and management did nothing about it. What they did do is serve me with an eviction notice because my next door neighbor smoked heavily and they thought it was me, and how did they determine this…by smelling the crack of my door.
