Arlo on 10th

I absolutely adore these apartments. One thing that is the best in my opinion, is that It is so quiet here! They are very sweet up at the front office too and extremely helpful for your moving process. Anytime we ran into a little speed bump they were able to help out and Help us fix any issue. I’m pretty impressed with the size of the rooms and I love the balcony. The kitchen is my favorite! Also, the heater works incredible! I do plan to stay here for a while as I’m very comfortable here and it feels like home. :)

The horrible Smokey smell till this day lives in my apartment & nothing has been done about it. I haven’t had a good experience because of this. nobody seems to care here although I had thought they were nice at the office🫩 Sorry for the bad review but I’m paying all this rent, it utilities you guys charge + a parking spot, for an apartment that smells like smoke everyday & all my stuff too… it’s disgusting & frustrating that nobody could pay a professional to come fix this problem. Unless there’s a person who’s smoking on the property near me or something… I can’t wait for my lease to be over literally. The worst part about living somewhere is when there’s a problem, you report it & nothing is done about it, yet I’m still obligated to continue paying but they don’t care to fix the issue.

I recently moved into Arlo and Lizzy and the management team is very nice and helpful. I recommend this team and apt for a nice and friendly place to live. They have been very responsive and their 2 bedroom apts are a really good deal. Check them out.

The office staff is absolutely amazing.!! And it’s a very kid & dog friendly place to live. My little family moved in a few months ago with our dogs & we have had no issues. The office staff makes sure everything is taken care of promptly and awnsers any questions with great expectations. I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family that are on the hunt for a rental!

If I could give them zero stars I would. If I was you I would keep looking there’s many other apartments for the same price with better living conditions. This place is not worth your money. My husbands work car was broken in just a few days after we moved here. Our apartment wasn’t detailed clean we had to clean it ourselves their was animal pee and hair on the walls, kitchen cabinets, and floor heaters. We had to pay out of our pocket to have professionals come clean our carpet because it was so dirty. Not to mention that the police and K-9 units are always here looking for people. And a few days ago we had the SWAT team who arrested a run away suspect in one of the units here. So this place takes in a lot of delinquents I guess. Our garbage bin was set on fire. My neighbor smokes right
