Arlington trace apartments

It’s perfect other than we need designated parking! At least one spot per unit! When I get home there’s never anywhere close to park!

Ms. Purvis was polite and well mannered, Answered any questions I had, Showed me a beautiful apartment. And explained everything tho me.

It was shared with me that two people I know of have tried to move here and was told you needed three times the rent. These two had section 8 so it was not excepted. I do understand why some don't like to rent to section 8 but all are not in the same situation. So this place has specific criterias

So far this has been a very nice and quiet place to live the apartments are beautiful and well-built clean and quiet I love living here update from July the 14th 2025 although these apartments are gorgeous they're brand new I love my apartment but there have been a lot of disturbances in the area more so with the apartments that are built towards the back

Nice property. Plenty of parking.
