Arlington South Apartments

Didn't accept docusign or notarized signature for my lease, made my family and I spend thousands of dollars on plane tickets to fly out across the country a month early to sign the lease in person. Have never ever heard of anywhere not have the technology to take a notarized signature... It is literally why notarized signatures were created. HUGELY disappointing and costly start to my stay here. Why not just take notarized signatures or docusign? I hate to review-bomb before even staying in my apartment, but this is a flagrant offense that is truly unacceptable.

I can not wait until my lease is up so I can find another complex or transfer units. The apartments themselves are nice, manager is nice but can only do so much. it's the disrespectful neighbors and the super thin walls and floors. It's a jungle gym above me and they do not even have kids, it's adults. I've lived in apartments before with people above me, and never had a problem. I just want one day where I'm not yelling at the ceiling and one good night of sleep. Probably end up breaking my lease.

This was my first apartment experience and it was terrible. They sold it to me as a "student-friendly apartment next to UTMC" but that was far from the truth. Hallways REEK of smoke (tobacco or weed, usually both) all of the time and it seeps into all the units. I was assured that if it was a problem in my unit they would take care of things but all I ever remember them doing is posting a letter saying to "be courteous to non-smokers". There were holes in the back of my sink that the smoke would pour in from to the point that I had to tape the cabinets shut to seal it off at least a little. Guests would comment that they would still smell the smoke on them for weeks after they left. Air fresheners did nothing to help either. Neighbors were the worst. I have been living at the Arlington South Apartments for about 6 months now. I signed a lease for 12 months and am definitely considering on renewing for another year. Management is great and the maintenance is well kept up. I actually think out of the other apartment complexes I have lived at, this one is by far the quietest and cleanest. Management also lives on site which I really like.

I have been living at the Arlington South Apartments for years ! And I have absolutely no complaints. It’s a comfy and Convenient location . The Maintenance Guy/s are amazing , and take care of things efficiently . New office Manager Meghan is Amazing, She has such an upbeat positive attitude . ALWAYS . I have sent 2 people to live here as well , & I will continue to invite others .
