Arlen Oasis Apartments

I've really enjoyed my time living at Arlen Oasis Apartments. The single entry and exit point gives the feel of a gated community, which adds an extra sense of security, only residents have access, so there’s no unnecessary traffic. The area is quiet, clean, and safe, with a very friendly atmosphere among neighbors. There are cameras throughout the complex, which is a great deterrent and adds peace of mind. Mr. David, the manager, truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to keep the community running smoothly. The laundry room is always clean and well maintained, and the maintenance gentleman is constantly working, whether it’s fixing something or caring for the landscaping, he’s always active and engaged. Not a good place to live especially if you have children. Matniance people are rude and hateful not sure what they do actually considering the property is always a mess with trash that has blown into property apartments are small and over priced. Was told we would have 2 parking spots but have to park on side street for 2nd vehicle alot has 2 parking spots with dirt and rock in them for over 5 mo. Now. Has ac windows units that ac and heat but the heat dont work in any of them. They get on to kids if they even try to play outside. Matniance put name and apt. Number on a box filled with dog pop for another person who lives at complex by the dog walk that they will run out of doggie bags for the poop. But bye puting name and apt. The apartments are very spacious, the parking is great, especially if you pay for the canopy parking, and the landlord is amazing. I've never had a better landlord in all my years of renting. I would absolutely recommend living here.

The manager deceives you by scheduling you for a showing that includes several other applicants at the same time. When speaking with the other applicants they too shared the same complaint. The rent is overpriced considering the location. There were interior signs of lack of maintenance issues and they were charging more for one unit because it had a stainless steel refrigerator.

I lived Here close to 2 years! I never Had any issue, great landlords and managers. Highly recommend, super safe apartment complex
