We must say this was the most HORRIBLE experience we ever had to deal with. Moving 2500 miles from our home town to Arizona. Our part of all monies were in place. Money in accounts for settlement. Approved by lender etc. All was ready for the day of settlement. After driving 2500 miles with trucks and trailers arriving the day of settlement June 13th. I called the office and ask about the correct time we were meeting for selltement. On the phone they ask me Where are you? I stated in Arizona. Her response was well that's a problem. I was like huh. What? She states oh you should be a your bank getting ready to send transfer. My bank is 2500 miles away. I was already sent paper work that we could transfer monies the day of settlement. Now I'm being told no this can not happen. So I called my

I closed at the Pinnacle Peak office on a Friday morning. the property was recorded by that afternoon, I was told. I appreciated that.
