I really appreciate the service I received from Letycia I believe she is a manager? I needed so much help and she went above and beyond. Also Karina was a big help and she was very patient with me. I rarely go inside the bank but I had to today. So once again I was touched and very appreciative that they gave me excellent customer service. Its rare that you go anywhere in town and receive thos type of service. So thanks again Letycia & Karina.

Huge shout-out to Ubaldo for going above and beyond! After being told my old deposit check couldn’t be processed, he took the time to look into it and made it happen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Outstanding customer service—this is exactly what a credit union should be about.
