Ariza Corpus South

I’ve been at Ariza going on a year now and it has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. The community is friendly, amenities are great, and the staff is amazing. Want to give a specific shout out to Briana in the front office. I’ve been to a few other apartments in the area before landing here at Ariza and the front office staff make you feel like you’re a bother. Not with Briana at Ariza, She is so caring, friendly and attentive! She definitely goes above and beyond for her residents. If your looking for an apartment on the south side you should definitely stop at Ariza corpus South and ask for Briana!

I’ve been living in a 2-bedroom apartment at Ariza Corpus South for the past 8 months, and my overall experience has been very positive. From the moment I first visited, this was the only place that truly gave off welcoming vibes. The amenities here are fantastic. A huge shoutout to Madison and her team—they’re always so attentive to any requests or issues we have. The maintenance team is also quick to respond and provide excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and we’ve already suggested it to friends.

Hands down the best apartment complex in Corpus Christi! Never had any problems but I know if I did the wonderful staff here would take care of it with no issue. If you’re looking to lease then look no further!

I had an fantastic experience moving into Ariza South. The lease and move-in process were both smooth and well-organized, which made things a lot less stressful. Madison was especially helpful throughout the whole process—she was professional, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I had. She made everything so easy, from touring the property to signing the lease and finally getting moved in. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as promised. It’s clear the staff here genuinely care about residents having a great experience. I’m happy with my decision to move in and would definitely recommend this place to others.
