Arive850

My experience at Arive850 so far has made my transition to moving smooth and easy. Especially with leasing consultant Jasper, he answered all my questions with detailed explanation and took the time to reassure everything I needed to get before entering the unit. Jasper's friendly demeanor and positive attitude made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Because of him, I can’t wait to be happily settled into my new apartment. I highly recommend Jasper to anyone looking for a seamless and positive leasing experience. His expertise and dedication are truly exceptional!

My son recently moved into Arive 850 student apartment from a private apartment which was a big difference, moving with someone vs living alone. "Q" the young lady in the office made the transition a very nice and pleasant one. She has excellent communication skills, she was on top of things, caring and concern when it comes to the residents and their needs. I would highly recommend Arive 850.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and am so sad to be leaving in December! This is the best place that I have rented in Tallahassee! Erin and Chris are so helpful in anything that my roommates and I need. Erin has built this community by having events and free food almost every week/every other week! Every time I step into their office I am treated with so much respect and they even give my dog plenty of treats and attention! I highly recommend this place. Erin and Chris’s will look out for you!

I just moved out of Arive after a year of being a resident with them. I absolutely loved my bedroom as it was very spacious and the shared living space was also very big with lots of different places for storage throughout the layout. I have seen other reviews talking negatively about the leasing manager, Erin, which is why I chose to write this review. Erin was nothing but helpful and extremely kind throughout my entire time at Arive. She was incredibly quick to respond to any questions I had and also went above and beyond to make sure all of my requests were met. Arrive is one of the best places to live in the Tallahassee area! Ayala carries the office and is the sweetest and most professional person there. I love talking to her everyday and I’m so happy she’s working there. She’s the most pleasant part of the whole property!
