Ariva | Luxury Residences

I am seeking to relocate to Vegas and after a day of touring properties, I had the great luck of randomly finding this property and great pleasure of meeting and touring with Angel today. She’s amazing!! Patient and professional. I didn’t feel rushed and she was well experienced about the area and the property. I hope to move in here and it’s mainly because of the great location, nice layouts and clean facilities but also, the great service and hospitality I received from Angel.

Chloe provided truly exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including sharing detailed information about the various community events and activities available. Her welcoming personality and genuine care made us feel comfortable and at home right away, as if we were already part of the community. She went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we felt confident and excited about being there. Because of her outstanding service, we will definitely be returning to see Chloe and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive, warm, and professional experience. Thank you, Chloe! We cannot wait to move in!

I wanted to wait until after I moved out to write this review. After living at Ariva for 20 months, I've seen a lot. We moved in about six months after they opened and after just a month, I regretted living here due to issues with both the building and the staff. It's telling that nearly every long-term resident we spoke to--especially those who moved in early--had something negative to say about Ariva. The entire management team was eventually replaced, and the current one is much better. I got to know Angel, who is sweet and professional, and Cervando, who is cool and funny. The original leasing agent we signed with was completely incompetent. She showed up 15-30 mins late to our tour & gave us inaccurate information. We were told we'd be the first to live in our unit, but we found coff

Beautiful apartments great place to live. Love the events & farmers market. I love the idea that there’s a dog park in almost all the corners. A very dog friendly community. They have many events thrown by this beautiful lady. I can’t remember her name. It’s always a good time here. If you’re looking for a great experience and place to live, I would definitely recommend here. My only suggestion would be to get rid of that Valet trash company that one lady is lazy. She’s always on the phone and she’s lazy because she doesn’t walk all the way down if your apartment is at the end of the hall, she doesn’t want to go to you. Living care was amazing for my first apartment Due to health reasons, I had to leave, but I definitely recommend moving here. It’s definitely a sense of community and ever
