Ariva Apartments

I used to live at these apartments for less than a year, and honestly, I was lucky to get out. The person who handled our paperwork didn’t even complete certain sections, which worked in my favor because I was able to break the lease at no cost.The first major issue was the roach infestation it was terrible. I was told “no” by pest control at some points, even though the office claimed they were coming multiple times a month. But nothing ever changed, no matter how often they said they were spraying.On top of that, management is constantly changing, and maintenance is completely unreliable. It could take weeks for them to fix anything, and they don’t ever answer the front desk. Then there’s the kids in the complex many of them are super disrespectful toward the property.Honestly, this plac

I used to live there years ago. I came back and it was like a totally different set of apartments. The new leasing is amazing. The have a workout room with weights and a treadmill. A new pool and a wash room that requires either a key card or a key fob. The cheapest one bedrooms are a nice. Not as small as you would think. The only drawback is the roads inside the complex. Pot holes and dips. Otherwise I recommend this place to anyone that needs a nice place to live. Well done Ariva, well done. P.S. The only reason I didn't move there was it was too far out for me.

When I say I love this staff ...I love this staff. KC and Lola are so easy to communicate with. The maintenance is so pleasant when something needs to be fix.ed The pool OMG is so blue cool and refreshing....Thanks Ariva Awesome Job!!!!

On Feb. 3rd 2024 I called the office and spoke to Toye a few times and she stated she would put in a work order. I called and called(1 month ) later, I spoke to Lisa mentioned the things that were wrong, and have yet to be repaired, she stated the maintenance men she had working for the company were temps, the maintenance man that came into my apartment was no help. I was told a new maintenance guy was supposed to start working and she’ll have him come check out the unit. He didn’t come right away, and when he did finally come which was Friday March 29th he saw exactly what I had been talking about “ tried to do a some what repair “ also made a comment about coming back on Monday April 1st I mentioned I may be at work I would appreciate if he would come back when I get home which is aroun

This is a very nice place to live. The staff members are so polite so curious and very helpful. I’m glad to be a resident here. They treat you like Family The grounds are kept up nicely. Maintenance is always on point
