ARIUM Winter Park

My wife and I visited your complex a few days ago and I wanted to leave a review of our experience. Jasmine was the first to greet us as we parked and entered the building. She was charming and very knowledgeable about the complex. She was able to dial in on our needs and show us the perfect apartment. After we returned from visiting the unit we were further greeted by the inviting smile of Jessica. What a an amazing end to the perfect experience of apartment home searching! She closed with an assuring conversation giving us hope that this was the place for us! Thank you two for your passionate work in dialing in on a craft that is so neglected these days in hospitality!

I moved from NJ to FL without much thought and needed a place to look at. My friends used to stay here and I decided to give it a shot without looking. This was my first time moving out from home so it took a lot of thinking to find the true proper place to live with a decision I know I would be committed to for at least a year. Out of all my choices the Arium Team here at Winter Park have been nothing short of amazing. Jasmine in the leasing office was super sweet with all the help she's given and Jorge in maintenance have always came to fix things as soon as I put the order in. The community is super friendly and beautiful, always kept clean and overall a wonderful experience. Apartment is clean and newer and was the perfect place for my first place on my own. Couldn't have asked for any

I recently moved from Colorado to ARIUM and the experience has been smooth. Any bumps along the way were quickly addressed. Jasmine and Henry are professional, extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. Jasmine is always making sure everything is still going well. Love it so far!

When I first moved in, my thermostat needed attention and the maintenance team fixed it quickly, which made the move-in process much less stressful. Henry was especially helpful, and honestly the entire staff has been great. Everyone was supportive, responsive, and willing to help during my move. It made a big difference and set a really good tone from day one. I’m glad I chose this community.

I had some issues with my cooktop burner not working and my dryer machine. Andrew G came only an hour after I submitted my maintenance request and took care of everything! He was very nice and quick. Thank you Andrew!
