ARIUM Surfside at Ponte Vedra Beach

I had my tour with Rosa yesterday and it was a great experience. Rosa was very informative, friendly, and answered all my questions. She was willing to give me a tour an hour before my scheduled time. The property is nice and clean, beautifully surrounded by old trees, and felt like a safe place to live. Thank you Rosa!

Living at ARIUM Surfside is a great combination of natural setting that reminds me of back home in the Midwest with the preferred climate of FL. Starting my life over in midlife has meant renting instead of owning, but this complex feels like a real neighborhood. Smaller buildings with fewer units, updated layouts that have the feel of a small home, and open porches with a view, scents and sounds of nature make it feel like a nature preserve. The leasing office staff are genuinely nice people that have addressed the small number of issues that arose in the first couple months. Maintenance folks are responsive and polite. Also, I work at home, and the layout is perfect for having both a small dining area and a work space with lots of natural light. It's peaceful here, tenants are respectful

An absolutely amazing place to live, We have quite a mixture of small families, working professionals, and Elderly.. The vibe is very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful, Especially Darrell Holloway.. He always goes above and beyond to help out. Also amazing school district for any grade.

Rosa is absolutely incredible! Her attention to detail is second to none, and the level of care she puts into her work truly shows. From start to finish, the service was flawless professional, thoughtful, and above all, genuine. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure everything is just right. The turn around time for the work order I submitted was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Maintenance Supervisor Shohn to ensure the repairs are done properly. He’s always kind and courteous. Thanks Shohn!
