I would advise that you look other places. This is not the ideal place for a comfortable living environment and yes I understand the surrounding areas are beautiful but please take heed of my warning. This apartment complex is over priced and doesn’t live up to the luxury standards that are being advertised. For one the walls and floors are as thin as cardboard you can hear any and everything that is being said outside your door, through the walls and also through the floor absolutely no privacy at all. The employees in the leasing office are very rude their maintenance workers are very rude and any chance they have the will enter your residence with their keys most times you will not be notified and there is nothing that will be done about it. Highly disappointed I moved here!!! The amount of money I spend on rent here isn't worth the easy access into the buildings from random strangers! This is suppose to be a non spoking facility but it's more weed sells here then I've ever seen in my life! And upon reporting several incidents to management in the leasing office THEY DO NOT CARE!!! I'd like to see people in the offc who belong in this area and understand the residences concerns!!! I'm going to move end of my lease. I'm definitely sure there are better places to live with better security for the buildings and neighbors who respect the rules of the property!!! THE STAFF IN THE RENTAL OFFICE ARE CHARACTERS!!!!!

Moving to this apartment complex was one of the best decisions I've made, and after spending some time here, I feel compelled to share my absolutely fantastic experience. This isn't just an apartment; it's a genuine community managed by people who truly care. First and foremost, the staff is nothing short of amazing. Every single one of them in the office are great!! They are consistently professional, approachable, and proactive. Specifically, I want to give a massive shoutout to Jacqueline. She embodies outstanding customer service—always friendly, incredibly helpful with any questions or needs, and works hard to make every resident feel valued. Updated Review: I wanted to share an honest update as promised. Jacqueline really went out of her way to make sure things were resolved for me and my boyfriend. She got us approved for a unit transfer, waived the fees, and we officially moved into the new unit on 4/13. The difference has been significant—no more creepy crawlers, new cabinetry, and overall a much more livable space. I genuinely appreciate the effort she made to help us through this. That said, for transparency, our experience in one of the older “classic” units was extremely difficult. Maintenance and pest issues were constant, and things got so bad that even the process of moving out was stressful. I have been at the property for about 2 months now and I have to say my experience here has been great. The application process was one of the best I’ve had when moving thanks to Victoria. She made it a point to explain everything and get me in the unit I wanted with the move in date that I wanted. The maintenance team replies to request very quickly when something is wrong but I’ve only had one minor issue so far. I would say parking is a downside but overall I’ve been able to get a spot in front of my unit on most days. Overall I’m happy that I chose this complex.
