This community truly feels like home. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The environment is welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued and heard. Mrs. Olivera was extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming and answered all my questions. I loved het and I am ready to sign that lease.I couldn’t recommend this place more — five stars all the way!

I’ve spent quite a bit of time at ARIUM Kissimmee Lakes visiting my best friend, and I’m always impressed by how welcoming the community feels for guests. Unlike many apartments in the area, guest parking is actually manageable, which makes visiting a breeze. I also love that the community feels tucked away and peaceful, yet we can be over at The Loop for shopping or dinner in just a few minutes.

I can’t say enough great things about the office team at this community. From the moment I walked in, everyone was attentive, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They made sure all my questions were answered clearly and guided me through every step without making me feel rushed.

Save yourself the stress and do not move here unless you truly have no other option. Living in this community has been extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting. I am counting down the seven months until my lease ends. There’s large cockroaches, and management does not take them seriously. Instead of addressing the problem properly, they send ineffective extermination services and place the blame on the insects “coming from outside,” which does not resolve anything…… Peace and quiet do not exist here. I am a 23 year old full time college student, I work, and I am also a single parent. One of my neighbors plays extremely loud music daily starting as early as 10am & The sound system is so strong that it causes my apartment to vibrate and shake. My son is frequently woken from his sleep
