This complex is a resort style campus, set off the city in a peaceful setting. Carol welcomed me in with a tour and coffee, went over details plainly and even helped cater to my moving needs. Safe to say I'm going to love it here! Very high ceilings, spacious storage spaces, 4 pools, 5 minutes from Disney literally without being right up against Disney traffic!! It's important to note the renovated apartments have a light counter and the older, even cheaper ones, have a black counter. Tell them I sent you as a reference for a discount;)

When I first moved in, I was so impressed with how beautiful the apartments were and how welcoming the community felt. There’s always something going on..food trucks, resident events, and fun activities that make it feel like home. The amenities are amazing with four pools, gyms, and great common areas. The location is super convenient, and for everything you get, the price is really fair. Overall, it’s been an awesome place to live! S/O to Katrina for always being so helpful and friendly. She made my move in experience so stressed free here at Arium!! Great staff and friendly/comfortable environment over all ❤️

We moved here around August of 2024, we have a one bedroom apartment! While we had some issues when we first moved in, they eventually worked with us and fixed them. Maintnece is pretty on top of it when you make a request. Though the apartment isn’t 100% perfect we will most likely renew our lease, or transfer to a bigger you do get what you pay for.
