ARIUM Crowntree Lakes

On my 3rd year leasing with Arium and it’s probably been my best yet. What drew me in at first was they aren’t one of those leasing groups that have a ton of hidden fees for move ins or transfers. They are so willing to work with you in a variety of situations. The lay out to my apartment is modern and practical. Whenever I have an issue, maintenance is on it! I made a request late yesterday afternoon and sure enough, this morning, Edgar was at my door with a smile. He adored my dog, was friendly and professional. Best of all, fixed everything in under 10 minutes. Go Edgar!

I’m so tired of the constant raccoon poop all over everything. I tell the office about it weekly and they tell me “we have one maintenance guy on site for 14 buildings so just keep reporting”. What. Why is that a residents job? It happens every week! While overworked, Their maintenance team is the sweetest and best I will say tho. But the office mismanagement and frankly lack of training is soooo frustrating. They will condescend to you hard when you ask for anything and act like you’re a jerk for wanting basics. Don’t even get me started on when they towed our whole buildings cars for parking lot maintenance with NO notice and tried to gaslight everyone and say we should have seen it on the MAILBOXES (not IN on the mailbox gate lol). Review for Arium Crowntree Lakes — New Management The new management team at Arium Crowntree Lakes has made a noticeable and meaningful improvement to the community. Their communication, responsiveness, and professionalism have been excellent. Recent maintenance needs, including our washer and dryer as well as a sink drainage issue, were addressed promptly and with care. We appreciate the renewed sense of attention and commitment to residents. Highly recommend the new management team!

The rent here is too expensive for the things we had seen thus far, and we just came a month or so ago. If you're afraid of creatures of any type (Snakes, Deer, Racoon, Deer, Bobcats ... etc.) probably not the place for you. I've seen 4 snakes since I've been here. They'll visit you by the pool too. My other apartments were 10 minutes away and we didn't have any creatures. It's a lot of wildlife. I think because this area is still developing. When you're walking near EverBe, it's literally empty land, so the animals are out and everywhere. The racoons will mess up your trash too. The valet trash needs to be out of everyone's lease! I'd request it to be removed if you decide to stay here. What is the point of valet trash if the Racoons are going to trash it and leave litter everywhere for M
