ARIUM Cary Park

I recently dropped by just to gather information of the area. I’m moving from Greensboro NC and knew nothing about the Cary area. Hannah LeBlanc the leasing manager was extremely helpful and kind. She sat down with me and my girlfriend and explained everything about the neighborhood, the amenities, etc. She even was able to give us a tour and helped us find the best spot. I’m super excited to move into ARIUM Cary park. The experience was just extremely pleasant and easy. Very welcoming place and one I know I’m going to enjoy!

We lived at this apartment for five years. We had been through three management changes while we were there, and the last one is the worst of them all. The amenities are terrible. The dog bathing station is a busted tub sitting on a block of concrete outside in the parking lot that doesn't even work, and the dog park is so riddled in holes that if you actually let your dog run around there they'll hurt themselves in one of the holes. We had AC issues for over a year. We would randomly come home and find our apartment to be as hot as 79 degrees at times. We submitted countless maintenance orders throughout the year, attempted to contact the property manager, and it was never fixed appropriately. They kept telling us they had "to try every avenue before they could replace the unit." Well, e

My boyfriend and I toured the complex yesterday and Hannah in the leasing office was so welcoming, informative, and proactive. She alone made us excited to move into the community. The property is clean, the floor plans are spacious, and the gym is amazing! We will not even have to pay for a gym membership anymore once we move in. We cannot wait to start our next chapter at Arium! Update: the maintenance staff at Arium is incredible and very efficient

We decided to settle here, despite initially being a bit worried by some of the negative reviews we came across. But after weighing everything, we realized the advantages outweighed the concerns. We immediately liked the apartment, and Samantha went above and beyond to make sure the move-in process was quick and smooth. She was always responsive, answered all our questions, and helped at every step. I’m really grateful to her for that 🙏. The whole process took only three days, and before we moved in, the apartment was cleaned perfectly, which was a lovely bonus. My advice: don’t trust every review you read. Each experience is unique, so it’s better to check things out for yourself. So far, our experience has been very positive, and I’m hopeful it will continue to be that way ❤️.
