ARIUM at Oviedo Park

Amazing apartment community. The staff, apartment, amenities, and neighbors are very nice. It’s hard to beat this place for the price and location. After searching for a lot of apartments, I am very happy I chose this place. You can sometimes hear your neighbors if they are noisy (which ours are), but it’s a lot better than the other apartments I’ve been in so I enjoy that aspect as a whole. The parking-lot can sometimes get a little full too, but you will always be able to find a spot still. The “drawbacks” of this place are honestly a lot better than other apartments I’ve been in. Also, to address the negative reviews, they notify you a lot before they do an inspection, so as long as you check your email or mail sometime in the week, you will be fine. Angelina cares about the residents alot and is 100 percent transparent and works so hard. Spent two hours showing me all the great new additions/work orders for improvements. She goes above and beyond. Her maintenance crew Ivan, lawrence, and Jonathan are world class- here within 5 minutes of putting a repair ticket in. They are knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and have excellent customer service. Jay/Jessie are also great in the office. Jay is very thorough and very smart and also cares about residents also. Jessie has a very positive attitude and always smiling. My first apartment after selling my home and they have made the transition to an apartment easy with their competence. The new Fogelman management team is great. Great location. Decent space too.

Just moved in don’t have a lot of feedback, but everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. It’s nice that they reach out and call me to see how things are going… Very exceptional service. The maintenance staff: Ezekiel and Andreas Installed some disability accommodations in my bathroom and they were very professional, personable and tidy. I am in a newly renovated unit and they did a good job. The quality may not be the highest (A lot of particleboard). But it looks great, and I will post another review after a couple of months.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, especially Jessie up front in the leasing office. From beginning to end when we first toured the apartment she was so sweet and made the experience one we will never forget. She made such an impact that we instantly knew this was our new home. The interaction and the way you are made to feel is so important, especially since this was our first time getting an apartment and we were nervous. She made us feel so comfortable with the biggest smile on her face, explaining the step by step and being completely transparent. We’ve had a great experience at ARIUM Apartments in Oviedo on the Park. The location truly can’t be beat—everything you need is close by, and the community has such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. This is a very family oriented community which we love. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the apartments themselves are very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it’s been an amazing place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, vibrant community.
