I’d put negative stars if I could. DO NOT MOVE HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THERE ARE CHEAPER AND BETTER OPTIONS Jessica in the office and all the staff including the property manager who called me from a blocked number to tell me I’m making everything up, are extremely rude and unprofessional. Jessica has hung up on me, ignored my maintenance requests and complaints and concerns. They only care about money. I had mold, mildew, a roach infestation, water damage from water leaking into my apartment from the upstairs unit and previous water damage that they just painted over. They don’t take care of their tenants. They take advantage of your situation and claim they’ll help you just to make your life a living hell. They won’t move us units even though I’ve offered to pay, they won’t fix thing

Old apartments , the management doesn't take care , I just moved one month ago and they promised to get fix everything but they don't even care. After 5 months and I'm still didn't get take care, and no apologies and after they talk so rude. I don't know what kind of management running this business and let people even not a manager just a regular secretary talk very rude with residence. I can't wait till my contract get over.

Worse place to live , our water pressure is extremely low almost no water , I called several times this morning on one answers , seeing it’s Friday & we have a holiday coming up We will be with water all weekend long more than likely. We have weeks with no hot water , my floors have njt been replaced , theete is trash everywhere from over flow of the trash bins outside. People here don’t care , kids left to play with no supervision until late hours of the night , they leave toys , bikes big rocks in driveways. All this I’ve reported to the complex , we have 2 shootings here already , homeless walk freely through the complex & apparently there is security, I’ve never seen . Most of the people here don’t work, and the building is unkept & dirty. As soon as my partner & can get out we are.

Worst place to live. Just from the time of living here they refused to fix the hot water, the broken sink, our front door , and on top of that our plumbing. We cant even shower bc of the plumbing constantly gets backed up into our tub. And they dont do anything about it. Recommend don't live here find something alot better
