I’ve had such a great experience that I wanted to leave a review, especially compared to my previous apartments in Westwood. The apartments themselves are beautiful—modern, clean, and well-maintained, and if there is any issue, they are quick to fix it. What really stood out to me, though, was how smooth and easy the leasing process was, thanks to Karla. This was by far the most straightforward process. Karla was amazing to work with—super kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I had to change my move-in date, and she accommodated our needs. She made sure I got exactly what I needed and was quick to answer all my questions along the way.

Karla is awesome; she has helped me resolve any issues I have had in the past year, and does so while making you feel at home. Lettie and Jose are amazing as well, great service and always super nice to talk to -- I love saying hi to Lettie in the mornings before work. :) Great if you work or study at UCLA.

Karla has been so helpful throughout the entire application process! She is responsive, proactive, kind, helpful, transparent, and has your best interests at heart. We felt very taken care of and are so thrilled everything has worked out so we can move in!

I’ve had a great experience with the staff at Ariel court. Lettie and Jose are especially amazing. They're both so friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make things easier for residents. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests or just greeting you with a smile, they create such a welcoming environment. Overall, I really appreciate the team, and how kind and approachable they are.

Karla the manager of this apartment is amazing! Very honest and very transparent and just what an apartment manager needs to be! We haven’t even moved into the apartment yet but the experience we had with Karla really made us excited to even be considered! Much appreciation for Karla!!
