Please DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! They have a service fee for paying rent… who does that??? The facilities here are incredibly old and inefficient, the dryers don’t even properly dry my clothes and yet they raised the prices. We shouldn’t even be paying to do laundry!!!! Why are we being forced to pay AT LEAST 4 dollars every single time!!!! The only thing that they have upgraded is the payment system for the laundry machines, the prices for the washers have also gone up. It feels like this complex is trying to squeeze as much money as possible from college students who are already struggling!!!

Overall great location. Near safeway and other restaurants. The apt itself is in good condition. The amenities are great! with a study lounge and pool.

Terrible place, the other reviews are not accurate Incredibly run down facilities, hidden fees, and literally no help from the front desk because they’re not even there 90% of the time Water system is terrible as well, the water is full of chemicals or something and keeps causing rashes and hair problems. If i could give this place zero stars i would, please save urself the money and trouble and pick a different place

Lived in Pepperwood Apartment for 3 years during my college experience. Although the apartment are on the older side, management is on top of their game and will make sure to take care of any problems you may have in your apartment at a timely manner! *Before they turned their doors lime green.

One of our favorite FPI properties to work with. Staff is nice and professional. Jobs are great because they keep their property tidy.
