7 years I have been with the same apartment complex and in the same unit. I have done everything I can to keep my children safe and protect them from everything. But there has been so much turn over in this apartment office. They can’t keep consistency. The property manager has made it clear that targeting my 9 year old son over everything that happens in rhis complex is his fault. He has been called numerous names by the staff here. The playground isn’t fun for the kids. They can’t ride bikes through the breezeway, around the apartment, it’s just always something. Now blaming my son for taking something that he never took from someone else’s property is outrageous. We have been here over 7 years. Ari management you need to do better and stop just hiring whoever you think is going to work

The Carroll at Rivery Ranch does a fair job assisting individuals who need housing during challenging circumstances, and I appreciated their willingness to help new residents secure an apartment. Unfortunately, my overall experience was far from positive. The property’s upkeep is consistently poor. The breezeways are frequently saturated with pet urine and waste, and these areas are rarely cleaned. Messages are constantly being sent out to residents threatening fines for being in violation of sanitary lease terms, but the same expectations are not upheld for the property. I’ve had ongoing issues with Bacarra apartment complex located in Raleigh, NC that have been frustrating and poorly handled. Recently, my water bill spiked significantly due to a leak I wasn’t aware of. When I reached out to management (Holly Martin) for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive, despite the fact that the utility confirmed the leak was internal. I’ve also experienced repeated issues with mold in my apartment. Despite submitting multiple work orders, the problem persists, and it seems like management (Holly Martin) is not taking adequate steps to resolve it. Please be cautious before doing business with this organization. We lived at Hayleigh Village in Greensboro for five years. I won't bother with details of how there was a mountain of garbage piled in front of the compactor once per week (I attached a few pics ..I have dozens) or how they cut the lock on my son's properly stored bike and threw it away or how they provide no pest control so even if you pay for your own there are 23 other units in the building whose bugs will find there way into your home. Have been at Everwood at the Avenue in Murfreesboro TN since April 2022... with multiple complaints by tenants on trash eyesore, still no resolution... Would you want to drive into your community and see this every day?? Pictures don't lie and this is several days in succession.... no security patrol or cameras to see who is contributing to this mess... don't even try to contact RCarroll, they won't respond.
