Worst place ever to live. The roof leaks. The floor is cracked.. The building is falling apart.. there’s rats. And the AC ducks haven’t been cleaned for years with mold and black mold.. this place should be shut down. Take it from me that I live there for three years.. management sucks. All they do is up the rent every year.. the structure outside looks like it’s going to fall. They don’t fix anything this place should be shut down.

Why are they raising the rent if it’s low income apartments!? Isn’t that illegal? We went from 850 - 1300 now 🤦🏽‍♂️ . How is this possible.

Although the apartment complex is conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, and, tourist attractions - the office manager and staff is consistently rude, condescending, disrespectful, too relaxed, and unprofessional. The women working in the office seems racist and sexist. Oh, the office manager and staff has poor telephone etiquette.

Roof and AC still leaking after 7 months. Living room remains coated with towels DAILY . Already notified of mold growing next to AC vent in March 2016. NOTHING done still. I will update this every week along with photos from now. #OVERTOWNslumLords

Very disornized mangerment company is not professinal at allvery rude and cant figured out what apartment is vacant or filled .it is run by idiot .
