We concur with every other one star rating of service provided by this company. Every time we have booked and paid deposit for using our community clubhouse we get problem after problem. Ignored phone calls, double booked dates, being told that reservation and proof of insurance packet is incomplete ....when copies of those exact documents prove otherwise. The facility is lovely. The management of it, provided by AREM is beyond terrible. Sadly there is not a good alternative in our area.

STAY AWAY from this property management company. If I could give less than 1 star I would . They are the worst company to work with. Matter of fact they do not work with you at all. I have been lied to, I have not been billed and have had late charges applied for when they have had errors in their system. Everything they do is late, they continually refuse to provide documentation on time. Emails should be easy to return, not for this company. Snowy says horrible things about property owners, the accountant cant keep the books straight. Closing documents were not provided on time. Documents are not filed with the city in a timely manner. The lack of professionalism with this company is unbelievable. I almost didn't buy my home in Durango when I heard the property management company was ARE

The new ownership at AREM is on top of things. They respond quickly with answers and are so pleasant to deal with. So glad the new owners have turned things around for AREM!!!!

Expensive, unprofessional, not reliable, inconsistent, they managed our HOA and we had nothing but problems, they collected their money but that was about it.

Two terrible experiences in two days!! Completely unprofessional!! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone !!
