Ardendale Apartments

Lived at Ardendale Apartments for almost three years and I enjoyed every moment of it. Managment is amazing and quick to respond. Management also does a great job of keeping the residence informed about whats going on across the property, whether its maintenance updates or construction updates. The property is always clean and for the most part, quiet. There isn’t anything to complain about. I would recommend Ardendale Apartments to any friends and family and if i was to ever be in the area again, I would move back without any hesitation.

From the start I felt very welcomed and all my questions were answered right away. The staff ( Ms. Mahogany was so patient and kind during the whole process. This truly made me choose ardendale over the other apartments I visited. The complex is quiet and well managed/kept up.

The guys were super kind and very efficient! The fixed my screen in about 4 minutes 🤗 they even took out my trash!!! Mahogany was on top of my request right away. I'm so happy I chose Ardendale apartments. I feel so relaxed and at home. Katherine is amazing as well…they are both so easy to talk to, and always willing to assist!

Mahagony has made our move-in experience smooth and stress-free. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her kindness and support — she made me feel welcome from day one!

Ardendale is so far a very pleasant community. The landscaping and pools add to the atmosphere of tranquility. Everyone seems friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and homey. I’m looking forward to seeing how long I end up living here. Maybe I’ll end up staying for years. Thank you Mahogany and Ardendale staff and management for making this possible.
