So HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. Since May of 2024 and up to right now 2/16/25 I have had maybe a week total of the pool being available to use. That is it. It is always under repair, out of order etc, etc The men's restroom in the clubhouse is almost perpetually disgusting while the women's is kept really clean. They no longer allow those facilities to be 24/7 and the only thing that is, is the gym with failing equipment. The gate both front and back will almost always be broken. This place absolutely does not care at all about making things right. Car has been towed TWICE from their property. This last time, I was registered but they're to lazy to check the VIN number of the car to verify. This property has cost me over $1100 since May with towing costs and the tow completely ruining my differential. (Hey guys, maybe hire a company that at least understands you can't drag an AWD car. I reached out but of course no one has responded 🤷‍♀️ From this, I was put in a position just getting rid of that car, and purchasing a new one. Now they wont approve the registration to park, with limited visitor passes. Oh, and they should really consider taking their flags down on Gosling. Would give 0 if I could. My door has a bartering ram mark first thing you walk in. No AC during the freeze. 23 degree weather. Got the flu from that. My AC was out for Weeks. No sense of urgency at all. Takes months to get your fridge serviced. Listened to it rattling since I moved in. They move work orders complete without doing anything. Infested with roaches. Can not get rid of them. 0 parking for the residents. My car got towed last night. Office talks over you. I’ve only been here 2 months. Worst experience of my life. Looking to get out this lease or pay to end the lease early. I hate it here.

Lived here for 18 months, great location for work. I will say Ruth was my only poc and was truly amazing, everyone else was rude & unprofessional. They towed my vehicle after they inputed in wrong. No apologies & $600 later no remorse. left there 3 months later and they’re demanding more money for fees that were already paid!!!! Place has potential if they cared for the location. Everything negative is true & wish I would’ve read more into it. Don’t waste your time. They’ll threaten you all kinds of way to get their money.
