Arcadian Village

I had a wonderful experience moving into Arcadian Apartments. The entire move-in process was smooth and far less stressful than I expected, thanks to Kaitlin, the Resident Support Specialist, and Jerrick. They were both incredibly helpful from start to finish. Kaitlin was patient, accommodating, and always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. Jerrick was just as supportive and made sure everything was clearly explained throughout the process. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Moving can be overwhelming, but they made it feel organized and manageable. I never felt rushed or confused because they took the time to ensure I understood everything.

i absolutely hate it here!!! why is it so easy to break into my apartment? why do the windows not lock and why can i open them from the outside with ease? why are there rats running around outside?? the roaches are out of control and the exterminators never come, mind you they’re supposed to spray monthly!!! the exterminators in question are also 15 year old boys….they can’t hire a more legit company? i’m also sick and tired of the maintenance man coming into my apartment when no one’s home. i’m sick of him letting himself in when no one answers the door. i’m booty butt naked and some random man is yelling “hello hello maintenance”!!!! that is wildly unprofessional!!!!!

A big shout-out to Stephanie Ray from the leasing department. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail in all of our interactions. Her clear communication, reliability, and courteous demeanor have made every experience smooth and pleasant. Stephanie truly stands out for her dedication and commitment to providing excellent service.

Arcadian Village is underrated; this was the first time experiencing fast, smooth and stress-free process from searching, to applying and getting approved. Thank you for not pressuring me to make a right way decision, Thank you for clear and upfront communication on rent charge and fees. Many thanks to Allison in the approval department for her quick communication and proficiency. Shutout to Stephanie Ray for her unwavering support, patience and professionalism. and last but not least the maintenance clew, thank you for keeping the place clean and beautiful.

Most pleasant experience with leasing staff I’ve ever had. Stephanie Ray and everyone else I’ve spoken to throughout the move in process has been so kind and helpful. Shing responded to my maintenance request within 24 hours. I’m happy to call Arcadian Village my new home!
