DONT DO IT !! I should have listened to the reviews because THEY DID NOT LIE!! I unfortunately didn't have a lot of time and so this was the option I decided to take . Symone is absolutely amazing and so is the new maintenance supervisor other than that 🙅🏾‍♀️ everything is poorly put together. Mold grows excessively in all windows ,ants are a huge problem ,plumbing sucks and they will harass you about rent but don't keep proper documentation of payments .. this is not the move to make unless you want to be completely stressed the entire time you live here . I haven't even been here a 1yr and I'm ready to move 😩 the office staff changes almost weekly and I wouldn't recommend this place to a roach !!! I promise you ! Literal stress and headaches the entire time .... Soon as I moved in

Just want to show some appreciation to the maintenance department and office management, we had to get maintenance assistance, (light fixtures replacement) they showed up as soon as possible and took care of our maintenance request. Thank you maintenance and office management!

Over priced and if you think that your money will get you value or a quality of life your wrong. Also if you think a 2 car garage and driveway will mean you can park more than 1 car you’re wrong. They rather tag and tow people out of there driveway than deal with the safety risk of cars constantly being parked in fire lanes or fixing peoples stoves. Only recommended if you what a over priced poorly ran and maintained apartment

Really disappointed with the town homes management. I was away for one week being a truck driver to come find my car towed away and impounded by a company called 1 stop services. 1 stop is demanding $840.00 for the 3 days storage and tow charges to release the car. Need a legal representative asap. They have a rule stating that a car must move within every 3 days. What if someone falls sick and can’t communicate? They could not explain how they could enhance the said rule.

A Night-and-Day Difference Under New Management! Most people write reviews after moving out, but I’m thrilled to share my experience while still living in these lovely apartments. If I’d written this last year, my review would’ve been very different. Under the previous management (Melanie’s team), we faced numerous unresolved issues every fix felt like a battle, and their rude demeanor drove away so many tenants. But now? Everything has changed under Jody’s leadership and Victor’s maintenance/HVAC team. Finally, this place feels like home! After 6 years here, this is the first time the pool opened on schedule and with extended hours! When I got the email announcement, I almost couldn’t believe it… but sure enough, it was true!
