I’ve had a great experience living here overall. The maintenance team is amazing they’re always quick, helpful, and take care of requests in a timely manner, which makes a huge difference. The views are beautiful, and I really appreciate how clean and well-kept the common areas always are. The only downside I’ve experienced is that guest parking can be pretty inconvenient on the weekends. Other than that, it’s been a very positive place to live and I’ve enjoyed my time here.

Arcadia is beautiful and great amenities. It is not free from typical student living flaws, but routinely advocating for any issues that arise tends to do the trick! Great location for students, several amenities catering specifically to uncc students. Overall a pretty good choice, I’ve renewed twice and convinced my current roommate to move here from her prior apartment👍👍

Started off really loving my experience with my tour, was promised lots of fun events which I thought was a great place to meet new people during my first year at UNCC. Although I have unfortunately faced some issues throughout my first semester. Moving in with 3 time renewing residents, I feel my space being clean upon arrival was extremely overlooked and was informed my carpet was not re-switched out after their prior summer rental. I had to vacuum my space CONTINOUSLY and still have so much dust that comes out each time. I also upon moving in cleaned my own kitchen floor boards because I was alarmed by the amount of build-up on them. I also would say my next issue was my extremely outdated appliances, not sure if this is due to my roommates being there so long, but I feel as a new rente

The gate is always broken and has been broken for months, good luck getting in at night because it won't open. the Gate code is broken. Visitor parking is limited and you will get a 200$ boot if you are in the wrong spot. Maintenance is awful and does not follow through with repairs. As well as terrible speed bumps and if you have a low car, you gotta go less than 4mph or ur busting ur Car

I am highly disappointed with Arcadia Student Living. I paid for the elite apartment and received a fridge that smells, broken cabinets, and old carpet when new carpet was promised. My roommates and I had a problem with another roommate, and when we called the office because she was threatening us, nothing was done. I was put into a place where I paid way more money than I was told I would have to. Not to mention the fees that were required when paying. We had multiple problems with maintenance, including one incident where my roommate was in the shower when a maintenance man walked in on her while her music was blaring.... The hot tub was so hot it burned us when we put our feet in to test the water. We asked many times for this to be fixed, and it never was. We also experienced the gate
