Arcadia Square Apartments

I live here currently. You get what you pay for. Rent is cheap. Places are nice, no extra amenities or anything. Haven't seen any roaches myself personally, but I keep my house extremely clean + tidy. Parking sucks but it's a small complex. No real complaints.

Worst apartments in Norfolk. Apartments not maintained well and over priced for what you get. Insufficient parking. Not military friendly. Note also the landlord will use any excuse to keep all of your deposit. Avoid!

My move in date was the first couldn't move in went on the second had to stay with my sis in law because the gate was locked and I couldn't get my lights on. Finally got in the apartment and it was dirty and had roaches I have not stayed there in the process of getting out that least.

I don't have to because I see what others shared. But when I called the lady told me 3 times the rent you have to make. Rent $850.00. I can do it but they got to be kidding and not military friendly. No way.
