Arcadia Sales Office

We are 100% Vegas natives and first-time homebuyers, and we are very happy to have chosen Arcadia as our home! Jennifer and Elizabeth in the office are amazing! The process was seamless from start to finish. We never felt alone or confused. It was fun (and a privilege) to watch our home be built from the ground up. We reserved our lot in early April 2024 and closed at the end of June. We received weekly - or sometimes daily - updates regarding the process of our loan and an email with photos of each stage of our house's completion every Sunday. We got everything we were promised in the end, plus more. I love my new Samsung appliances! All of our neighbors are friendly. Places are beautiful because they are new. The area is a bit rough for the 300k price range for a townhouse. But I get it there is a housing shortage but I would rather wait then feel unsafe in an area and no pool was my final deal breaker. For a 129 pee month hoa it's gated but really needs to be for the area. No gym even a tiny one. And just a small park. No dog designated area. Not much like I said for 300k

The parking enforcement sucks they leave behind trash on our payroll. Unacceptable.
