Arcadia Ridge by Ashton Woods

I am a homeowner in Arcadia Ridge, and my home — purchased through CastleRock — sits directly next to the Ashton Woods construction manager’s trailer. While I understand that builders often block culverts during construction to prevent debris from entering drainage systems, the situation here has been handled with complete disregard for surrounding homeowners. Every time it rains, mud from the undeveloped lots above our property slides downhill and collects directly in front of our driveway. Because the culvert is blocked, water is unable to drain properly and instead floods into our yard. This has led to significant damage to our lawn — a costly and frustrating issue for a home valued at over half a million dollars.
