Arcadia Pointe Apartments

I had a great experience with this apartment complex. The community is incredibly nice and quiet, which made it feel peaceful and comfortable right away. The grounds are well-maintained, and it’s clear that the management takes pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. I especially want to mention Brenda — she was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, informative, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. If you’re looking for a calm, well-kept place with amazing staff, I highly recommend this apartment complex!

Before I get into my honest review, I would like to mention that some of the reviews before mine might not be genuine because around Christmas 2025, management sent out an email to all tenants to leave a Google review for an ENTRY in a raffle to win a 55” TV for Christmas…bribing no? I gotta say, it was smart move to get your ratings up lol, anywho, I rented a one bedroom and lived at Arcadia Pointe for a year. I would say that my overall experience of living here was pretty good, I don’t really have much negative things to say, however I will not be renewing my lease because: 1. Overpriced with old appliances. Yes, I understand that there is a washer/dryer built in the unit which is extremely convenient however, I still feel like the rent price is too much for the units to have old appli

Best apartment to start off at! Place is super quiet everyone does their own things & neighbors are very welcoming, dogs are super friendly. I had recently just graduated with honors thanks to the peaceful nature of Arcadia ! Maintenance is always on point, he’s super friendly , Daisy loves to say hi to him :) easy process & stress free. Thank you for all you do!

These apartments are very nice, clean, and well kept. The environment is quiet and comfortable, making it a great place to live. Brenda was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Brenda was sooo sweet! I had such a great time with her. Very professional and she answered all of my questions. She even went above and beyond to show me the whole space, as well as where the upcoming available units were located. Very excited about Arcadia Point. Pretty good price and the gym was very cute and the pool was nice. If I do end up moving in, I'll be happy to have Brenda as part of my management!
