Arcadia on 49th Apartments

The property it’s very well maintained and clean. And I have to tell you a parking lot says a lot about the people that live there and it was very clean as well. The neighborhood is exceptional in regards to my daughter’s work and sleeping during the day seems as though it won’t be an issue as it was very chill. We hope to get the OK for her to move in March 6th! Thank you for your consideration.

Just wrapped up 10 months living at these apartments and honestly had a great experience! Super clean units, great service from the staff, and the pool was always ready to enjoy (even in the middle of summer 🔥). The gym had everything I needed, and being close to stores and schools made life way easier. Definitely a solid place to live 👌

I just moved into this apartment complex, so I will update later. I already love this place. The move in was smooth and fast, the office people are nice, the neighbors are amazing, and it's a very nice community. The place was very clean when I moved in and even a ton of neighbors offered to help me move stuff to my third floor apartment! I already feel really connected to this complex and it's people and I've only been here for 3 days. I was also very surprised at the size of my studio. I have plenty of room for everything I need. Im very excited to be staying here. Thank you to Alyssa and Andres for helping with this whole process.

My experience working with the new manager Alyssa has been amazing. Caring, helpful, professional, no b.s. Everything she promised or represented was 100% accurate. Nothing misleading, misrepresented, or left out. The entire complex, inside and out, are clean. The whole place just feels peaceful. Very impressed with everything I've seen so far. After Alyssa took over, this property has been getting so much better. The community has been looking better. Every time I go into the office to speak to Alyssa, she's professional, caring, and up beat. She's bubbly and smiley. She's straight forward and does what is needed. Her resident events are always a blast. You can tell she gives effort to make everyone smile. Gracias por todo lo ke haces Alyssa.
