Arcadia Gardens

I lived here for a year 2021-2022 and this is one of the best apartments I’ve rented. Here are the PROS..Super quiet and clean complex beautiful lights at night.Respectful neighbors. Well kept scenery. Clean gym and pool. They even have vending machines and food truck nights. Awesome friendly management Rosemary and Tina were sweet. New stainless steel appliances, white counters super classy and modern. Close to airport, grocery stores, shopping. CONS … people don’t pick up after dogs waste sometimes and it smells because it’s close to the grill area which is not very appetizing lol Rent increases a bit absurd for a studio 1,350 but that’s just the market currently. And last.. the area is close to sketchy homeless addicts on one side and then on the other side is Scottsdale where it’s gets

This is the most cleanest apartment I’ve ever tour and lived in, the maintenance guys always cleaning and on top of things and crystal is very helpful in the office, 0 complaints here. I’m happy I moved here out of all the apartments I tour

BEWARE!!!!!!!! Lived there for 1 year ending in March of 25. Had no problems with facility but have called 7 times in the last 3 weeks to get a final accounting of my statement. Paid for a full months rent in March even though my move out date and lease ended was March 15th. I was told that was how they do it and I would be refunded with my security deposit. Apt was left in impeccable condition. I had to call a month after move out for them to find and mail my deposit because they were “behind”. My additional 1/2 months payment shows as a $200ish dollar credit. All I’m asking for is an accounting of how that figure was obtained. If no response by end of today I will need to get the Better Business Bureau and attorney involved.

I love living here. My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The complex is very safe and clean. The pool is awesome, as well as the community area and the gym. Tina is incredible. She cares about the residents here, and always goes above and beyond to help with any maintenance request. Hands down I am proud to live here, and I love having friends over, they always comment on what a cute property it is and how nice it is. The shared laundry can be issues elsewhere, however the machines are kept clean, and the laundry room is cleaned frequently. Seriously an awesome place to live.

Indeed, the management team has been forthcoming regarding new tenant prospects! They were very supportive in coordinating move in from another state and have diligently worked on rectifying all issues to ensure that the experience is left with a positive impact on quality of life at Arcadia Gardens. The move in process is seamless and management is proactive regarding the cleanliness of the property and any current or upcoming anticipated maintenance problems. I would recommend this property because of this, as well as their reasonable prices! Check it out for yourself! You may be very happy with the benefits this property brings your family.
