Arcadia Crossing

The same professional and friendly team since I moved in (2021). Chelsea and Liz are approachable and always willing to help. Justin/ maintenance is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I enjoy peaceful meals out on my back patio with the green space scenery. The clubhouse events keeps me connected with my neighbors.

Peaceful, quiet serene. Living here is like a peace like stepping out into a fresh breezy meadow with a fresh ground cup of your favorite blend. The breeze slips by caressing your cheek and tenderly smooching you, saying good morning. You’re about to have a great day. You walk your dog and the place is nice because here, everyone picks up after their pets. So I don’t worry about having to ruin my new nikes. The apartments are updated and sleek and unlike a lot of places I’ve lived at, no cockroaches. Nights are quiet no hooting and loud obnoxious hollering. When trouble makers show up like people who decide to camp out in their car and harass people they are promptly dealt with. My sister, Jan, lived in Arcadia Crossing for 8 years in a handicap unit because she was legally blind. I am her younger sister and helped her with some of her needs. I was so impressed with how quickly any need was attended to if something went wrong - the toilet leaked, a breaker blew, a light bulb burned out, just anything after we called the office, someone was there to attend to it. The management and other staff were always so kind and gracious. They were so good to us when she passed away and we needed extra time to move out. I miss them and I wasn’t even the one who lived there, I was just the one who stopped in a lot to check on my big sister! Bonnie Ness

Best complex I have ever lived at. Chelsea (manager) and Justin (maintenance) are amazing. They are so attentive and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. I have not a single complaint! I recommend it to all of my friends.

I lived here for 6 years and I was so sad to leave! The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond. Always kind and responsive. Maintenance requests are addressed within 24hrs. The grounds are always well kept. It's 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that are mostly couples and working professionals so noise was never an issue. I'll miss seeing Chelsea and Liz in the office, they are the sweetest!
