Arcadia by Centex Homes

The Pulte/Centex home we purchased is beautiful and functional. The staff were amazing through every step of the process. We are so pleased and excited to start this next chapter of life in the Arcadia development.

I recently closed on my new home in Arcadia. The closing was done on time and perfect! The Construction Manager, John, went above and beyond to make sure all was done right. We are looking very excited to move in.

Love my Pulte/Centex home. I am confident with John McMurray's expertise as a construction project manager as he took care of the big ticket items and all the little details. He was extremely responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner, explained the warranties and all mechanical components of the house to me. I'm very happy with this house!!

We were pleased to learn that Centex was a division of Pulte which we have learned in house hunting is a quality builder. From start to finish our experience with Centex/Pulte at Arcadia has been phenomenal. Connor in sales was very accommodating allowing me to look at the house a few times before closing to take measurements for furniture. John, our construction manager was detail oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure items on our punchlist were completed in record time before our closing. Tessa with Pulte Mortgage got everyone on the same page and made sure we closed when we wanted, which was 9 days earlier than originally scheduled. We have been very impressed with our Pulte Experience.

Loved our team. They all worked tirelessly to get us closed within 30 days! Our home is beautiful. Dominic Duval was super diligent on our walk through.
