Arcadia at StoneCrest Village Apartment Homes

I've been living at Arcadia for over 5 years and I really like this complex. When I first set foot in my new apartment, back in late 2020, my first reaction was, "peace and quiet." I felt so calm and at home. And it has continued for the entire time I've lived here. My neighbors have mostly been very respectful and considerate people. The maintenance team are responsive and courteous. I also appreciate the leasing team. They are supportive and professional. When I first moved in, I had some neighbors who were very loud at night. Shally worked with me to address the issue so that I could feel like my apartment was a home. But I think the single clearest way I can state my appreciation for Arcadia is, back in November my wife and I had to find move out of our one bedroom to find a place suit

I've been living here for 2 months now and it has been a great experience. The area is beautiful and always clean, my apartment was in fantastic condition when I moved into it and I absolutely love the layout, and the leasing office/maintenance is incredibly communicative and helpful when problems may arise. Each apartment gets one assigned spot as well as a permit for another car to park in first-come first-serve parking. I never have an issue finding parking near my apartment. The spots are a little small, however, so I would take that into account if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, I have had an amazing experience living here and I highly recommend Arcadia at Stonecrest Village!

I've been at Arcadia for almost 2 years now, fortunately I have had positive experiences with both leasing office/management and the maintenance team. More so recently, both Mackenzie and Kayla have been great with any concerns I have addressed and checking in on things for me when I requested it from them. Before it was Ryan who's at another community now, and he was just as great as well when he was here. The maintenance team is really amazing, always timely and assisting us quickly. They are always greeting and smiling when they drive by in their carts. I never had an issue where they couldn't or unable to resolve. I have been at Arcadia for going on 3 years now and to say I love this place is an understatement. The location is prime especially if you are traveling to downtown/ airport area. A good 15 minutes, 20 at most. The neighborhood is quiet which is a plus. The office staff is very helpful and communicative. Kayla and Mackenzie are always polite and welcoming when you go into the leasing office or call. The maintenance team is top tier. Always polite and get the job done quickly and quietly. I have lived at Arcadia for about a year and a half at this point (including a transfer from one unit to another) and I have nothing but good things to say. The maintenance team have fixed any issue that I’ve ever had very quickly. Special shoutout to McKenzie and Kayla from the front office as well - they are both wonderful and always helpful!
