One Star — and that’s being generous. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Living here has been nothing but a headache, especially since they can’t seem to keep the same management company for more than five minutes. They’ve changed management twice since I moved in, and every time, things get lost, mixed up, or completely forgotten. Good luck getting anything fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Maintenance requests take forever, and if you ever ask for a call back from the office, don’t hold your breath. They’ll claim, “We tried to call you,” but funny enough, there’s never a missed call or voicemail. They also love sending “demand for compliance or possession” letters full of made-up claims — like saying they tried to serve something in person when they absolutely did not.

Little update! The most unprofessional apartments I’ve ever lived in. I was not expecting it to be bad at all based on the prices and pictures on their website. Upon moving in the unit was not move in ready, was absolutely filthy. The carpets were old and reeked of dog as well as dog hair everywhere. (I absolutely love animals but since it’s not my animal to clean up after) The patio was exposed and nails sticking out everywhere, (super unsafe for my daughters) I was pregnant when I moved in and had to clean and fix the place up myself because of the condition. I think it’s pretty absurd for the price they charge for the quality of the place. I was trying so hard to accommodate and be understanding. But the patio still is unfinished (three months later) and if not in worse condition. I

5/25/2024 : Unit Z103 was listed as available and ready. I made an application and paid all the required fees and submitted all the required document with Megan. I was given the run-around for four (4) days; referring to an IT problem. As I was on the property Saturday, the unit was clearly having construction done to it (first 3 images) (as well as MANY others); and ironically Megan was giving a tour in the exact unit - Z103. Telling the couple "it would be ready about the time you are ready to move in." It should NOT be listed and promoted as "ready / available" as it was, allowing people to pay money for something that they clearly are unable to attain. I have the email conversations, images of Megan and the guests, as well as the voice recording of her telling this couple when it woul

Absolutely ridiculous management. I park my car AT MY OWN COMPLEX in a reserved spot for 8 hours due to it being broke down. They then tow my car that I left a note on in my own complex that it was broken down and I needed 48 hours to fix. Instead they tow it tell me it’s $530 to get out of towing. Never got a call or a warning. I even put the curtesy of leaving a note for whoever the spots was and would have totally paid them for the inconvenience. This is stupid and ridiculous and not the only thing that is wrong with this complex

Hi my Arcadia victims, I’m looking for people that wants to be part of a lawsuit against this dishonest company. You don’t have to do anything but tell your story, I’ll have somebody that would write your story and have you sign it. On October 8th I moved out from this horrible place and now they’re charging me almost 6k in moving out cost. Almost 4k for not giving them their 60 day notice” which I did but their horrible management failed to follow their protocol and according to them is not in their system. This is a scam they run; they let you leave effortlessly and tell you somebody would contact you after you move out for those “move out charges” Let me assure you I left that apartment in almost perfect condition, I didn’t even hang one picture because it was my first apartment after m
