Arcadia 52 Apartments

DO NOT RECOMMEND ARCADIA 52 APARTMENT! They have not only “lost” payments but have also charged fees ( up to almost $1,000 ) due to their portal not working properly and no one being in the office to take a money order for rental payment. In addition to that in the 4 months I’ve lived here I’ve had maintenance requests not only ignored but deleted from the portal, management not responding and being unprofessional when they do respond. And pest control not coming when I’m paying for pest control and have a cockroach and scorpion infestation in my unit. All my attempts at communication and conversation have been ignored. They refuse to have anything in writing ( probably cuz they know they’re never gonna hold their end of the deal)

I’ve lived at Arcadia 52 for about 3 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been nothing but a positive experience. The property is always well-kept, quiet, and safe, and I’ve never had a single issue living here. The office staff deserves special recognition—Lia and Verenice are truly amazing. They go above and beyond for the residents, always available to answer questions, and they make sure any concerns are handled right away. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently, which really shows how much the team here cares. I’m grateful to have found a place where I feel at home and supported. If you’re looking for an apartment community where the staff genuinely looks out for you, Arcadia 52 is it!

I moved into these apartments a few weeks ago and I am very happy. The units are extremely clean and updated. The manager - Vaishu is professional, helpful and attentive.

⚠️ Honest Review ⚠️ These apartments may look nice on the outside, but internally they are unsafe for families. My family and I have dealt with ongoing issues including mold, termites, water leakage, and plumbing problems that literally worse and worse day by day. The pictures I have don’t do justice. At one point, because of plumbing issues, we couldn’t shower for an entire week. The air conditioning went out during the summer, and as a pregnant woman, my family and I had to go without air for seven days which was not only uncomfortable but unsafe. The mold and water damage make these units especially dangerous for kids and expectant mothers. It’s important to document everything you notice in your apartment every damage, leak, or issue because management does not take responsibility.

Worst apartments ever they have cockroaches, worms, and little bugs and the appliances don’t work. The lighting outside is terrible and does not work. It is super dark management is new and does not know what you’re doing. It is overpriced for what they offer.
