WORST PLACE TO LIVE. since Ms. Nicky left these apartments went so downhill and the new workers are horrible people. they don’t help with anything, no one is never in the office. they have no maintenance crew so nothing gets fixed. it’s just bad!! You try to get an understanding of anything that’s going on with the apartments they never know NOTHING and if they do they don’t care to share it with you. truly a disgrace!! i do NOT recommend living here at all for ANY college student.

Listen I’m not going to tell you what 90% of the other reviewers are telling you. Yes this apartment is terrible, and I personally recommend you have this place as a last resort option and nothing more as it’s not bad to point where your health and safety are at risk(for the most point, this is still Baton Rouge) but there are many better options for the price. If you are choosing to put yourself through this hellish experience the best I can do is give some advice: Take pictures of your apartment when you move in. In case you are accused of breaking something that was broken when you moved in, these pics will serve as evidence. Make sure your parking pass is very visible on your car as you can still get towed for having it on. Floors aren’t the most soundproof so either gun it for the

Bring back the previous team!! Ownership changed and whoever is there now needs to do better. No one should be INSIDE their apartment and it’s 85 degrees because the thermostat is malfunctioning! No one should have to call maintenance emergency number and no one calls back or shows up. No one should have to google their maintenance issue and fix it themselves. Then maintenance had the nerve to mark the work order as complete as if they completed the work order! And all they say is “sOrRy, SeNd Us An EmAiL”🤷🏾‍♀️

Do not move here. Maintenance is slow and there’s always an issue. They don’t actually fix the problems until you beg the office. Had a hot water heater burst and my apartment was flooded with wet carpet for two weeks. Actual living is decent but prices steadily increase and I have friends who stay in nicer for cheaper like the legacy and red point. Currently paying 850 (4bedx4bath) after bills/fees monthly (mind you i have a $50 off concession each month). Not worth it. They’ll try to sell you on cheap prices but the utilities here are very high compared to other complexes $70-$100 a month (per person).

This complex is not ideal for how much they charge. From disgusting staircases and entryways covered in feces, bugs, and trash to elevators that are often out of service to the fire alarms constantly and randomly going off I would not recommend staying here because the asking price to room does not reflect the quality of living. You will send them complaints about maintenance or noise and will be ignored or given delayed responses so you have to constantly ask before they give attention to the issue. We went months without air conditioning due to this. Staff is also barely in office even during office hours. It used to be okay to deal with this before they tripled their price but now it makes no sense to pay for this low quality. They will also try and scam you out of your money on top of
