My clarifying questions went unanswered. My prompt response for all documents were put off for weeks and then they asked for additional documents. It took them six weeks to tell me they would be including non-income as income and then to tell me my mother did not qualify for this location. This company wasted precious time I needed to find an apartment for my mother. My advice: Call upper management for direct information. Call upper management to confirm what you are being told is accurate. Don't do as I did and trust in the process. Don't let them waste your time.

This is listed as a 55 plus community on Zillow and Apartments.com only to be told that you must be 62 plus in order to apply. Fix your listings.
