Very restricted access to any amenities unless you are on the deed. So, if you are a live in partner, engaged, guest of any kind, or significant other, you are unable to get a card to access gym, pool etc. in the administration office. Additionally, I did not find Pam very accommodating. You already need permission to enter the community or an RFID for your vehicle. But, even if you live there part time, you are not welcome at this establishment unless accompanied by a person who is on the deed of the home.
My star rating is not accurate, but we only need one story and can never find how to get in and see these places. Besides FM heavy traffic and HIGH prices 😩
My family lives in this community and it is outstanding and I especially love the community clubhouse. The food and drinks are wonderful.
One of the best condo complexes with a great resident to sun lounger ratio and a lovely large pool and gym
Love it here. Like living at a resort!
