Arbors Off The Square

Do not live here! After the raw sewage flood in my apt the apartment retaliated against me for months and lied to the judge when they evicted me just because I asked them to fix the issue. I know am homeless because of their fraud with the paperwork on a different apartment. Do not rent here nor apt 120. Demauirus and all other employees are fully aware. Juan didn't delete the email I sent to the apartments. They just didn't want to spend the money on the apartments instead they evicted me.

The Arbors used to be a fairly decent place to live. New owners have let it become a eyesore and a dump. Trash everywhere and dead shrubs around the complex. "Management" is indifferent to complaints. Apartment rules used to be enforced here. Not sure why it's become this way other then to save money.

I was told by the maintenance manager to leave what I did not want in the apartment because of it being the weekend and that the dumpster was getting too full. That he would take care of it. Well when I got my part of the deposit back I was charged $120 for trash removal. Don’t trust these apartment!

We have been living here for 1 year & since the new management came, everything went down hill. Illegally towing vehicles, Broken Washers & Dryers, Roaches, and new rules whenever they feel like it. Don’t move here unless you want your renter’s rights violated. I give it 2 stars only because of the location.

We will be signing our fourth lease here in the fall. I feel like the place is very pretty since it has been redone inside. I feel that the apartment manager listens, and shares with any concern I have had. It is a small complex, right off the square. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The only problems we have really had, are some bugs and noise. management has worked hard to take care of both, and a lot of that is just apartment living. I believe they have some vacancies, they are very reasonably priced, especially given the location.
