Arbors of Brookdale

I have lived here for a little over 6 years and I can confidently say this is the best apartment I've ever lived at. My view overlooking the pond is amazing. The office staff is professional and actually cares about their residents. Any issues are resolved immediately when I submit a maintenance request and the team is great and respectable. I love using the gym, hot tub and sauna with a indoor pool year round and enjoying the outdoor pool during the summer. Would recommend anyone looking to move to the Chicago suburbs/Naperville area.

The process of moving and relocating to a different State can often be accompanied by significant stress and various challenges. I lived here from June 2020-December 2024. For starters don't expect to get your deposit back or for them to tell you why you didn't get it back. I literally got $50 back. If I knew that's all I would be getting back I would have cleaned as well as it was when we moved in which was literally bare minimum. The staff that I typically interacted with was typically always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did have several issues happen while we were there. One being a car accident in the lot that could have possibly been helped by some speed bumps though the grounds staff chased the person that drove off which was able to help with catching the kids. They would often beg for positive reviews as well as offering things in response of a Google review. Another issue was the parking there was

I moved here 2 months ago. I cant thank enough the whole staff leasing office and maintenance team is so amazing. I never felt unheard. They care about small details and minor issues as well. The maintenance team shows up on time. It is the cleanest apartments in Naperville. I am so happy i chose this place. The rooms and living space is spacious and lots of space for storage as well which is cherry on the cake. I just love this place.

I am overly impressed with how timely and efficient the maintenance staff are here at Arbors of Brookdale. We had a patio utility door lock that needed fixing and it was addressed within 12-14 hours on a holiday weekend. Thank you so much!
